🌸 General Information

What type of care do you provide?
We provide comprehensive, patient-centered care focused on women’s mental and physical health across midlife. Our services integrate menopause care, psychiatric care, and general medical decision-making with an emphasis on thoughtful evaluation, evidence-based treatment, and individualized support.

Who do you care for?
We care for women age 40-60 in perimenopause and menopause, as well as women seeking psychiatric care related to mood, anxiety, attention, sleep, and cognitive changes. Care is personalized and collaborative.

Is this practice right for me?
Our practice is best suited for patients who value thorough evaluation, collaborative decision-making, and an integrated approach to midlife health and mental well-being.

I’m not sure where my symptoms fit — is that okay?
Absolutely. Many patients come in with overlapping or unclear symptoms. Sorting this out together is a core part of our work.

🧠 Mental Health & Menopause Care

Is this practice menopause-focused, psychiatric, or both?
Both. Many women experience overlapping physical, cognitive, and emotional symptoms during midlife. Our model is intentionally integrated so symptoms are evaluated together rather than in isolation.

How do you approach menopausal symptoms?
We take a detailed symptom-focused approach that considers hormonal, psychological, medical, and lifestyle contributors. When appropriate, we discuss evidence-based treatment options, which may include FDA-approved medications, non-hormonal therapies, behavioral strategies, and referrals.

Do you prescribe hormone therapy?
Yes, although treatment recommendations are individualized. If hormone therapy is clinically appropriate, options will be discussed in detail, including risks, benefits, and alternatives. Not all patients require or choose hormone therapy.

Do you treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, or mood changes?
Yes. We evaluate and treat a range of psychiatric concerns, including anxiety, depression, attention and executive functioning difficulties, sleep disorders, and mood changes related to hormonal transitions.

🩺 Appointments & What to Expect

If indicated, FDA-approved medications may be prescribed at the initial visit. Labs, imaging, or referrals may also be ordered when appropriate.

Do I need to complete forms before my appointment?
